Itinerary
of 1 Day Tour: Beijing
to Xian by Air
We will pick up from your Beijing hotel and transfer to the airport to
take the morning flight to Xian. Upon arrival in Xian, you will be met by your
tour guide and taken to Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses.
After traditional lunch, we will visit Hua
Qing Hot Spring which has a long history of over 3000 years. In ancient times,
it used to be a villa palace and resort for emperors and kings.
About 6 or 7 pm, we will transfer to
airport to flight back to Beijing.
End of this Beijing Xian tour.
Terra-cotta
Warriors and Horses
As one part of the Qin emperor’s tomb
complex, the Terra-cotta infantry soldiers, archers, cavalrymen and chariots
arranged in battle formation, ready to defend their emperor’s immortal soul. Each
soldier is approximately 1.8m-tall,
with higher-ranking soldiers being taller, and made of 7.6cm thick terracotta clay.
The Terra Cotta Warriors show a high level
of artistry with individualized facial expressions, hairstyles and clothing and
were once brightly painted with black armor, colorful red scarves and green
pants, though the colors have long faded.
With magnificent scale and exquisite skill,
Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses is one of the world wonders.
Hua
Qing Hot Spring
Famed for both its dainty spring scenery
and the romantic love story, Hua Qing Hot Spring has allured many kings and
emperors over the past 3000 year.
Covered with pines and cypresses, Huaqing
pool looks very much like a dark green galloping horse from a long distance.
Hua Qing Hot Spring’s long history and
beautiful natural scenery attract the tourists both from home and abroad. And the
